Refund & Return Policy

At Garmica – by Garmica, we value your trust and aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.

Only exchanges will be offered in case you receive a defective product or a wrong product.

No other reason for return or exchange will be accepted.


Exchange Process (For Defective/Wrong Products Only)

  • Customers must WhatsApp us at 7001064693 or email garmica24@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Opening parcel video is mandatory to claim any defect or wrong product.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a pickup and exchange.

  • If the product is found used, tampered, or incomplete, the exchange will be denied and the same product will be returned.

Fabric & Quality Clarification

If you have any doubts about fabric, feel, or quality, please contact us on WhatsApp: 7001064693 before placing your order.

Personal expectations or misjudgments are not valid reasons for return or exchange, as long as the product matches the description.

Quality Concerns:


  • There will be no exchange or return for quality issues because all product details are clearly mentioned in the description.

  • If you have any doubts about fabric, design, or quality not mentioned in the description, please contact us before placing an order.

  • Prices may seem slightly higher as they include marketing, shipping, and taxes. We are working to reduce costs, but these charges are unavoidable.


Fabric Names:

  • Fabrics are listed using commonly used Surat names.

  • These names may differ in other states or cities, but we will only use Surat-standard names.


Product Images:

  • All photos and videos are for reference purposes only.

  • The final purchase decision should be made by reading the full product description.

  • Slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.


Minor Imperfections:

  • Small threads, tiny spots, or weaving variations are normal in sarees and do not affect the overall look when worn.

  • Such minor imperfections are not considered defects; these sarees are still fresh and new.


Customer Responsibility

  • Please record a video while opening the parcel to claim any damage or fault.

  • Without this video, we cannot accept claims.


Store Credit Purchases:

  • Items purchased using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.

Price & Platform Clarification

If you find the same product on other platforms, please feel free to order from them directly if you find their offer more suitable.

We are not forcing you to order from Garmica.com 

We do not wish to compete or compare our prices with others as each brand has a different setup, overheads, and pricing structure.
